Returns

We would like to you to be happy with your purchase. If however you find the product to be damaged or faulty we will of course offer a refund or exchange. We do ask that we are notified in writing or by e-mail detailing the problem of any grievance within 7 days of your receipt of goods.

You will receive our prompt attention and be notified prior to the refund to your chosen payment card. We can not accept responsibility for any item lost or damaged in transport and we recommend using registered post. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage. We will refund the return postage costs of faulty or damaged goods.

Delivery

The products shown on our web site are handmade by skilled craftsmen, each product is handmade to order and requires a lead in time to be fabricated. We will normally therefore deliver your orders within 6-8 working weeks, although we will always endeavour to deliver goods as soon as possible.

We use ACP as our carriers and all goods are required to be signed upon delivery as the delivery address.

Please understand that no delivery service is infallible and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. Our delivery charges are based on weight, and your shopping basket will add shipping charges on this basis as you buy. The total charge for the goods with and without delivery will be shown in your shopping cart.

Our carrier delivers between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels. Please use an alternative delivery address if you are out all day, e.g. work.

Delivery costs and service outside the UK & EU are available on application. You will be liable for all duties and levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods outside the UK & EU. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.

Contract

When you click on the checkout button to transfer you to Paypal, you agree to buy the products at the prices indicated, including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase.

Liability and disclaimer

Brooksbank & Collins Ltd total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Brooksbank & Collins Ltd to the customer. Brooksbank & Collins shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Your use of this site is at your sole risk. Certain links on this site may lead to other sites over which Brooksbank & Collins has no control. We will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of material on any web site that is not under our control.

No order is binding on you or Brooksbank & Collins Ltd until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you when they are put into the hands of the carrier, or on payment in full of the price of the items and delivery charge.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above statements.

Measurements given are approximate. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, this may vary depending on the settings of your monitor, software, or printer.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
